Hi, I am Chris and I am the founder of Cura Consulting. Having worked in HR & OD roles for over 20 years I have seen how seemingly very different and unique organisations and individuals follow the same predictable patterns of behaviour. These patterns have a direct impact on the success of an organzation and the success of the individual. By shedding light on these predictable patterns, opening up possibilities for more empowering alternatives, and putting these into concrete actions, I help individuals, teams and organisations grow.
In my work I combine my HRD experience from companies such as Netflix, Ingersoll Rand and Accedo Broadband with organisational design- and organisational behaviour principles, to help leaders and teams across Europe, North America and Asia finding new possibilities for increased collaboration, knowledge sharing, new business generation and overall team effectiveness.
